Ribs

So - I like to think I can cook ribs. I smoke for a hours. My friends seem to like them and my wife won't let me cook them often because they are good for the soul and not the body. Just a note I typically self doubt my cooking. My Father has been craving since the Super Bowl when the ribs were gone as soon as they came off the grill/smoker. So he bought ribs and informed me that he has been waiting for 6 months.  No pressure right.  Happy Fathers Day!! And yes, I didn't disappoint. But I do think they could have been more "Moist" Right! Cuz more moist is always better!!!!

Park City Market. Oddly enough I didn't get the lobster roll. But instead chose the lower carb versions. This one come close to the to of the list with fresh greens and lemon vinaigrette. Go man go
